		The Headlands Park in front of Mendocino Village is full of historic relics from the days when sailing ships used the small bay to load and unload cargo and passengers.



Today the path around the Headlands provides a wonderful setting to watch the waves roll in at sunset (or any othe time of the day in any kind of weather).
