Delevan National Wildlife Refuge - Winter

Delevan National Wildlife Refuge is administered as part of the Sacramento Complex of wildlife refuges. It is famous for the thousands of ducks and geese that winter there. Delevan NWR consists of almost 8,000 acres of seasonal marsh, some permanent ponds and uplands. An auto tour route and a hiking trail provide access. Delevan NWR is located about nine miles north of Williams, California.
