Colusa National Wildlife Refuge - Winter, Early Morning

Colusa National Wildlife Refuge is administered as part of the Sacramento Complex of wildlife refuges. It is famous for the thousands of ducks and geese that winter there. Colusa NWR consists of 4,500 acres of managed wetlands and some grassland. An auto tour route nd a hiking trail provides access. Colusa NWR is located about six miles east of Williams, California and two miles west of Colusa, California.
