Marin County
Marshall

In Marshall, if you subtract the speed limit (35) from the population total (50), you get the town's elevation above sea level (15). This old wives tale held up just fine until the 2000 US Census recorded around 400 residents which blew the whole gig.

This small hamlet is located on the shores of Tomales Bay and has long been a special place for those that love seafood. The indians came eons before the Europeans and were followed by successive waves of people in search of some of the finest oysters available anywhere in the world.
