Gualala Point Regional Park

Few spots on the PacificCoast are more rewarding or less expensive to enjoy than Gualala Point Park. You will enjoy solitude, vast beaches, and a wide array of exciting views of wildlife...everything from grey whales, killer whales, sea lions, elephant seals, harbor seals, to ducks, geese, cormorants, blue herons, egrets and colonies of sea gulls. The waters contain greenling, steelhead, trout and even an occasional salmon. Occasionally, you'll see an eagle or an osprey.

Respect the ocean because rogue waves ten feet high do occur. Other than that caution, nothing will interfere with your extraordinarily peaceful journey around this small yet jewel-like park. Wear a wind jacket.
