Globe - Besh-ba-Gowah Archeological Park

Besh-ba-Gowah Archeological Park is located just outside the city limits of Globe Arizona. It is thought to be a 700 year old Salado Culture ruin and is considered to be one of the more important such sites in the Tonto Basin region. It has been partially restored to show something of what life was like in this culture. There is also a desert plant garden in and around the Besh-ba-Gowah ruin.
