Lee's Ferry

Lee's Ferry is located on Highway 89A 42 miles from Page, Arizona. A ferry operated there from 1872 until 1928 and was a principal crossing point on the Colorado River. In 1829 Navajo Bridge was completed and used until the modern bridge was constructed in 1995. Today Lee's Ferry is the launch site for river runners operating on the Colorado River and the terminal point of a popular hiking trail that winds through Paria Canyon.
